60th Anniversary of Men’s Soccer
This Fall marks the 60th anniversary of intercollegiate soccer at Quincy University. The first men’s team battled through an undefeated season in 1964 and the women fielded their first intercollegiate team in 1983. It is time to recognize the pioneers of this legacy by inviting all former players to a special weekend, October 12 & 13.
The weekend will begin with a reception on Saturday evening at 6 PM in the Private Dining Room in the on-campus Student Center. On Sunday afternoon the women’s and men’s team will play Rockhurst University at Legends Stadium starting at noon.
October 12th –
- Reception in QU cafeteria private dining room – 6:00 pm
October 13th –
- Game Day QU vs Rockhurst
- Women’s 12:00 pm
- Men’s 2:30 pm
There will be a recognition at halftime of the Men’s game.
